We’re aware of an issue where some TSB bank feeds repeatedly become disconnected in Xero. For now, we would recommend manually importing any missing transactions – Manually import transactions. We don’t have a time-scale on when this will be resolved but we’ll update this blog once Lloyds provides us with an update.
During our investigation, Lloyds have said that this is a more complex issue than originally anticipated so it may take a long time to fix. We’ve been made aware that transactions on subsidiary cards for Lloyds (UK) and Bank of Scotland (UK) credit cards are not importing in. Lloyds and Bank of Scotland Credit Cards (Open Banking)
